Please note that we are a small store with a tiny staff and we are not available 24/7 to respond. Our team will respond to any calls and emails as quickly as we can.

We offer returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 7days of receiving your package.


Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for full-priced items ordered online that are in unworn, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact within 7days of receiving your package.

Discounted items and items purchased using online codes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free returns at this time.

To request a return simply e mail us at to request a return authorization and we will respond with additional instructions.

You will receive an online credit code in the form of an LVIR gift card for the amount except the return shipping fee.
The online credit code will be sent to the email address you entered and can be used at any time within 6 months.
After 6 months, it automatically expires and cannot be used. Online credit codes can only be used online and not in stores.

We do not issue refunds other than online credit codes, no exceptions.

Due to hygienic and stain reasons the following products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges:

· White / Ivory / Cream Color and Items that change shape when worn, such as mesh and thin wool, cotton clothing & Items ( no exception )
· Accessories
· Shoes
· Swimwear
· Apothecary (beauty, fragrance, candles, etc.)
· Books and magazines

When returning shoes, the return will not be accepted if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box, or if there are any signs of wear.

We understand buying items that are final sale can be tricky, so we encourage you to contact us ( with any questions you may have before purchasing.


Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once we consign the package to UPS or DHL, Fedex. We do however insure every package that we ship, and will do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. This happens very rarely but it does happen, sadly.
